Servicing Director does not produce 1098-B statements for all eligible loans, even when the end of year record is present. You may also find the IRS 1098/1099 Export file does not include a record for these loans.
Workaround:
The most likely cause of this problem is that the Reportable check box is not selected for the loan. To produce a 1098-B statement for a loan and include the loan in the IRS 1098/1099 Export, the Reportable check box on the Year to Date screen must be selected.
Verify the Reportable check box is selected and make the necessary adjustments for the loan on the Year to Date screen (in Customer Service, click Balances, and then click Year to Date).
