A DSN Could Not be Configured to Use the Annual Statements
Fusion Servicing Director Link (SD Link) Connection Editor error: A DSN could not be configured to use the annual statements or monthly statements. Be sure this application is running as admin or configure a DSN with the name Servicing.
Root Cause:
The most common cause for this message is the SD Link server does not have the ODBC 17 driver for SQL Server from Microsoft installed, as listed on the SD Link Pre-Install Checklist.
Workaround:
- Download and install the ODBC 17.x driver for SQL Server from Microsoft.
- Right-click on the SD Link Connection Editor
- Select Run as Administrator.
- If the error persists, create the data source named Servicing manually. For instructions on how to do this, review Creating the Servicing Director ODBC Data Sources that can be selected from the Related Articles portlet on the right.
