A Loan Boarded into Servicing Director has an Incorrect Interest Rate

After boarding a loan into Servicing Director, you find the loan has an incorrect interest rate, and you want to change the interest rate.

Workaround:

  1. Open the Customer Service application.
  2. Click Payment.
  3. Click Pmt Change.
  4. Click Modify Pmt. 
  5. Select the payment change date, and click OK.
  6. Correct the Interest Rate.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click Yes when prompted to "Update all future payments?".
  9. Close the open screens.
