A Workstation Does Not Have the Current Bond Redemption Values for Redeeming Savings Bonds in EZTeller.
The bond files have been updated on the server but specific workstations are not getting the updated file.
Environment:

Workaround:
When opening EZTeller the EZStartupENT.exe checks the server for updated files. EZTeller must be mapped to the server in order to update new files and the workstation needs to have authority to update the old files.
For EZTeller32 workstations:
- Verify that the desktop icon is running from C:\EZTeller32\EZStartup.exe.
- Verify that the user has full permission on C:\EZTeller32.
For EZTeller Enterprise workstations:
- Verify that the desktop icon is running from EZStartupENT.exe in the installed location (either C:\Program Files\EZTeller or C:\EZTeller.)
- Verify that Users have full permissions on the EZTeller folder that houses the bond file.
- WinXP workstations: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EZTeller.
- Win7 workstations: C:\Program Data\EZTeller.
