ACH Web Payment Details Screen
Use the ACH Web Payment Details screen to view a borrower's most recent payment details and payment status.
To access this screen, open Customer Service > right-click on Customer Service screen > click ACH Web Payments > select a reference number or payment date > then click Details. - Accept Online Payments
- Select this check box to accept online payments for the selected loan.
- ACH Payment list
- Displays a list of ACH payments.
- Details
- Click to view details on the selected payment.
- Delete
- Click to delete the selected payment.
- Close
- Click to close the screen.
