ACH Web Payment Details Screen

Use the ACH Web Payment Details screen to view a borrower's most recent payment details and payment status.
To access this screen, open Customer Service > right-click on Customer Service screen > click ACH Web Payments > select a reference number or payment date > then click Details.
  1. Accept Online Payments
  2. Select this check box to accept online payments for the selected loan.
  3. ACH Payment list
  4. Displays a list of ACH payments.
  5. Details
  6. Click to view details on the selected payment.
  7. Delete
  8. Click to delete the selected payment.
  9. Close
  10. Click to close the screen.
