Activating Underlined Hot Keys In Windows XP or Windows 7

The shortcut letters used for keyboard navigation in EZTeller®, Superview, or EZId menus and transaction screens are not enabled.  


Environment:

EZTeller

Follow the steps below to enable the keyboard navigation tools (shortcut function) option.

Windows® XP workstation:

  1. Right-click on the desktop and select Properties.
  2. At the Display Properties screen, select the Appearance Tab.
  3. Click on the Effects button.
  4. Uncheck the box for Hide underline letters for keyboard navigation until I press the Alt key.
  5. Click OK to be returned to the Display Properties screen.
  6. Click Apply and click OK.

 

Windows® 7 workstation:

  1. Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.
  2. Select Ease of Access Center.
  3. Select Make the keyboard easier to use.
  4. Check the box for Underline keyboard shortcuts and access keys under the section for Make it easier to use keyboard shortcuts.
  5. Click Apply and click OK.
