Adding a Speed Key to EZTeller

You want to add another speed key to EZTeller to gain easy access to a frequently used transaction.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when your structural hierarchy is displayed. Select the branch or bank level you are modifying and then click OK.
  2. Click on Profile Options > EZTeller.
  3. Click on the Speed Keys Tab.
  4. In the Select a Transaction to Add section, click the plus sign (+) beside the folder of the transaction type that you are adding.
  5. Select the transaction and click Add.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Click Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the Speed Keys page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
  8. Click OK to go back to the main screen.

Note: The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
