Adding, Deleting, or Editing Fee Modification Reasons

You want to add, delete, or edit a Fee Modification Reason from the Fee Modification Reasons list in Superview.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

    Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.
  1. Depending on your authority level you might be required to select a working group when opening Superview > structural hierarchy displays > select the bank or branch level you are modifying, and click OK.
  2. Click Profile Options > EZTeller.
  3. Select the Fee Modification Reasons tab.
  4. Select the Fee Reason that you want to modify.
  5. Select the appropriate button depending on whether you are Adding, Editing, or Deleting the reason.
  6. Select Yes to the message "Are you sure you want to Add, Edit, or Delete Modification Code XX?"
  7. Click Apply.
  8. Click Yes to the message "Profile changes have occurred on the Fee Modification Reasons page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
  9. Click OK to return to the main window.

    The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change is recognized.
