Adding Loans to Investor Cutoffs

Sometimes you need to add individual loans to cutoffs manually because you:

  • Forgot to add a loan to a loan transfer batch
  • Added a loan to a transfer batch but it has not posted yet,
  • Added a loan to a loan transfer batch after the cutoff date for the investor that you sold or securitized the loans to.

To add loans to an investor cutoff,

  1. Open the Investor Accounting application.

  2. Double-click an investor cutoff from the list of Latest Cutoffs. The Cutoff Summary page appears.

  3. Click Modify > Add

  4. Enter the Loan ID of the loan you want to add to the cutoff. Use Locate option to search for the loan if you don't know the Loan ID.

  5. Select the type of cutoff in the Cutoff Type section.

  6. Click OK. The Modify List of Loan IDs screen appears.

  7. Select Close. The Cutoff Summary screen appears.

  8. Select Close. The Investor Accounting screen appears.
