Adding Real Estate Owned (REO) Information in Servicing Director Collections
You can add Real Estate Owned (REO) Information for property or collateral to track information on properties which are in an REO status.
- Open Collections.
- Select a loan.
- Click contact.
- Click the REO Info..
- Click New.
- You must select the collateral number, the REO status, and the acquired date.
- Enter other information as needed including the listing and eviction information.
- To add all REO events in the Attorney Referral table, click Add Events. REO events will appear in the Events List.
- To add an individual event, click New. Select the due date for the event, the event, and enter the date that the event should be completed.
- Click OK.
