Additional to Principal Option is not available under the Scheduled Payments screen

On the Scheduled Payments screen, the additional principal box is grayed out if you are accepting a payment on another other date besides the payment due date. Currently the additional to principal field is only active when the loan due date is greater than or equal to the transaction posting date.

Workaround:

To allow additional principal, the loan due date must be equal or greater then the transaction date at that time.

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Request for Change 00301552 which is a request for a change to allow additional principal if the loan due date is less then the transaction date.
