Adjusting Servicing Director Loan Balances or Due Dates

Provide instructions on how to adjust the balance on a loan or make a change to a loan's due date in Servicing Director.


Loan Balances and Due Date can be adjusted on the Loan Adjustment screen.

You can use this screen to change or view principal, escrow, other funds, loss draft, assistance, and other balances for loans, as well as the loan due date.
 

  1. Open the Customer Service application and select your loan.
  2. From the Customer Service Other menu, select Loan Adjustment.
  3. Make edits to the available Balances or to the loan's Due Date, as required.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
