When Foreclosure information is not Displayed on the Periodic Statement

For the required “Date of First Notice or Filing” to display on the Periodic Billing statement, you must first have a Default Record and Foreclosure Tracking Record set up in the Servicing Director Collections Module. On the New/Edit Foreclosure Tracking screen, enter the Date of First Notice or Filing. This date appears in the Delinquency Notice box of the next Periodic Billing Statement produced, if the loan is more than 45 days delinquent.
