*If your databases are an older version than the version of your applications, then the error message will display:

Your current version of the Loan Servicing applications requires your database to be version y.y.
Please contact your system administrator and run the database install to upgrade your databases to version y.y.

*If your databases are a newer version than the version of your application, then the error message will display:

Your version of the Loan Servicing applications is y.y. 
Please upgrade your Loan Servicing applications to version x.x.
 

Root Cause:

This error will display when your applications read your database version and find your database version does not match the version of your applications.
In the error message, the placeholder "x.x" is the version number found in your database, and the placeholder "y.y" is the version number of your applications.

Workaround:

Upgrade the database or the applications as directed by the error message using the upgrade documentation. Have your system administrator or local IT review the steps performed to upgrade Fusion Servicing Director.

• The Fusion Servicing Director upgrade documentation will describe the first step is to upgrade the database using the database installation program.
• After the database is upgraded, then the applications are upgraded using the applications installation program.
• The database installation program is a separate installation program for the server from the installation program used to upgrade the desktop applications.
