Automatically updating adjustable rate mortgages loan index rates

You'd like to know how to automatically import and/or update ARM Index rates instead of having to manually set up each of the ARM Index rates in the Fusion Servicing Director Adjustable Rate Mortgage application.

Workaround:

Fusion Servicing Director does not have a way to import or automatically update an ARM Index.

Workaround: You'll need to set up or change an Index Rate in the Adjustable Rate Mortgage application using the Index Rate button on the Adjustable Rate Mortgage screen.

Submit a case through Case Management to increment Change Request 00314903.
