Billing statement export does not have identifier field to identify loans that are receiving online billing statements

If you have a third party online solution that provides borrowers with online billing statements, you may want the Fusion Servicing Director Billing Statement Export to identify to your print vendor which loans in the Billing Statement Export are already receiving online billing statements, so that your print vendor does not print statements for borrowers who have opted out of receiving paper statements.

Workaround:

Fusion Servicing Director does not currently have a way to identify such loans in the Billing Statement Export.
Note: If you own the Fusion Servicing Director add-on web site component, Customer Self Service, then your online borrowers may select to only receive online statements through the web site. By design, these loans then will not be included in the Billing Statement Export.
