You may find that the Borrower Name is missing from Servicing Director Trial Balance Reports.
All the rest of the report data is present, except for the borrower name.
This may also be true of some other Servicing Director reports.
Workaround:
In the Edit Borrower screen, when a borrower type other than 'Individual' is used and no First/Middle name is entered, borrower information is omitted from the Trial Balance Report.
When one of the new borrower types is used from the list, such as Association, Corporation, Government etc ... the first/middle name field is grayed out. This '' field causes the borrower name info not to appear on the Trial Balance report.
This may affect many other reports as well.
Please use the following workaround:
- Edit the borrower screen, and temporarily set borrower type to 'Individual'.
- Place a period (.) in the First/Middle name field.
- Set the borrower type back to required type (Association, Corporation, etc.)
The borrower name should now appear on the report.
