In the Servicing Director, Collections application, Loan Modification feature, a Total New Estimated Payment is calculated when a new loan modification is set up for a loan. This is an explanation of the internal system calculation of the Total New Estimated Payment, and includes the table name and field name (TableName.FieldName) from where values are selected for calculation.
