The following EZCheckServer error message occurs: Cannot open Print Format File EZT-prt.dat, when opening EZTeller.
Workaround:
The file EZT-prt.dat is missing from the EZTeller File Server directory or it is not able to copy to the local directory.
If the EZT-prt.dat is missing from the EZTeller server directory, submit a case through Case Management to contact client support.
