Cashier's Checks Courtesy Amount is not Printing Correctly in EZTeller

Cashier's checks print correctly except that the courtesy amount on the far right is printing uphill.

Note: This may be reported on workstations with new printers or check stock.

Validation printers have a maximum number of layers that can be printed. Example, the Epson TM-U375, Epson TM-U675 and Epson TM-H6000i,ii,iii,iv are designed to print three layers plus the carbon tissues.

When a thick check is run through the validation printer, the check won't feed correctly causing the check to slip during printing.

Sometimes checks will slip and not feed correctly if the cashier's check has a slippery top layer.
