A incorrect service fee was entered in the loan participation screen.

Go to Investor Accounting Module>Loan>enter loan ID that needs to be corrected>service fee>New

Enter values, these values must be after the most recent payment.

You will then see two service fee records, this is fine.

Further notes:

Changing a service fee is definitely not a reason to do a investor loan transfer, there are three common reason to do a transfer

1 changing the pool group number

2 changing the date investor funds received

3 changing the investor percentage owned
