Changing the Contact Name for the Hold Notice Information
Modifying the name and phone number of the hold notice contact person at the branch.
- Log into Superview with your administrator authority level role.
Note: Security Details Defaults controls employee access in Superview. If you do not have access to this module, contact your administrator.
- You must select a working group when opening Superview. Your structural hierarchy is displayed; select the bank or branch you are modifying.
- On the Superview main menu, select Bank from the drop-down menu.
- Structural Hierarchy.
- Click the (+) in front of the bank and select the branch you are editing.
- Click Edit. The Branch Information screen opens. Modify the Hold Notice Information.
- Click OK.You are returned to the Bank Structural Hierarchy screen.
- Click Close.
- The tellers must exit EZTeller before the system will recognize this change.
