Changing the Interest Rate in Servicing Director

Change or correct the interest rate on an active loan in Servicing Director if the interest rate is incorrect.
  1. Open the Customer Service application.
  2. Select Payment.
  3. Click Pmt Chg.
  4. Click Modify Pmt.
  5. Select the Payment Change Date.
  6. Change the Interest Rate field.
  7. Click OK. 
  8. Click Yes to the "Update all future payments?" prompt.
