Changing the Loan Due Date

A loan was activated in Servicing Director with the incorrect loan due date. Follow the steps below to correct it.
To verify that your first payment due date matches the loan due date:
  1. Select Customer Service then the Date screen.
  2. Verify the first payment due date will be the same as the loan due date.
  3. Change the loan due date.
  4. Select Customer Service.
  5. Select Other.
  6. Select Loan Adjustment screen and change the loan due date.
