Changing the marketing message on customer receipts

The message on the customer's receipts is not printing correctly or needs to be changed.


Steps to edit the Message for Receipt:

  1. Sign on to Superview.
  2. Select Branch > Options.
  3. Select the Receipt Printing tab.
  4. In the Message for Receipt Printing field, enter your message.

Note: Do not allow the text to wrap. When you get the end of the first line or want to move to the next line, press [CTRL] and [ENTER] at the same time. This will center the text on the next line.

  1. Click Apply.
  2. Tellers will need to exit EZTeller32 and restart the program to see the changes.
