Changing the Marketing Message on the Customer Receipt

The marketing message on the customer receipt is not printing correctly or needs to be modified.


Follow these steps to edit the Marketing Message for Customer Receipts: 

  1. Open Superview and select the appropriate working group.
  2. Select Profile Options > Receipt Printing.
  3. Click OK  on the Group Change Warning screen.
  4. Modify the Message for Receipt field and press Enter to move down to next line. 
  5. Click Apply.

Note: For these changes to take effect, the tellers will need to exit and restart EZTeller.
