Changing the Order of the Speed Keys on the EZTeller Main Screen

 You want to reposition a transaction on the Speed Key menu.


EZTeller Enterprise:

  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when your structural hierarchy is displayed. Select the bank or branch level you are modifying and then click OK.
  2. Click on Profile Options > EZTeller.
  3. Click on the Speed Keys tab.
  4. Select the transaction on the Speed Key list.
  5. Click the up- or down-arrow button below the list.

Note: The number to the left of the option is the Speed Key number in EZTeller.

  1. Click Apply.
  2. Click Yes to the message: "Profile changes have occurred on the Speed Keys page for Branch XXX. Do you want to save these changes?"
  3. Click OK.

Note: The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.

 

EZTeller32:

  1. Open Superview and sign in.
  2. Click on Branch > Options.
  3. Click on the Define Speed Keys tab.
  4. Select the transaction on the Speed Key list.
  5. Click the up- or down-arrow button below the list.

Note: The number to the left of the option is the Speed Key number in EZTeller.

  1. Click Apply.
  2. Click Close.

Note: The tellers must exit EZTeller and restart before this change will be recognized.
