The encyclopedia states that updating the Maximum Negative Days in the FSP Privilege Pay control screen does not update Existing members that have previously qualified for Privilege Pay.

Workaround:

Submit a case through Case Management to change existing members to the new Maximum negative dates for privilege pay. Reference this article.
