Changing Your Password in Superview.

You want to change your password in Superview.


  1. Open Superview and select your role.

Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.

  1. You must select a working group when opening Superview, your structural hierarchy is displayed, select the bank level you are modifying and then click on OK.
  2. From the main menu, select Supervisor > Change Password. The Change Password screen appears

Note: If your bank is using Windows Authentication, the Change Password menu option is unavailable.

  1. In the Password field, type your current password.
  2. In the New field, type what you want your password to be.
  3. Type the password again in the Retype field.
  4. Select OK.
