Check Status Export Fails with Error "Q_ChkStatExport: Database Error During Open Conversion Failed Converting Varchar Value 'Fedwire' to Data Type Int

The event failed and reported this error:
There was a problem exporting to (location and name of your export file)
Q_ChkStatExport: Database Error during Open : Conversion failed when converting the varchar value 'Fedwire' to data type int.

 

The word 'Fedwire' may also appear as 'ACH', depending on which Check Option has been selected in the Disbursements > Insurance > Batch Criteria screen.


Root Cause:

The programming code for check numbers in the Check Status Export does not correctly handle the check options when set up as 'Fedwire' or 'ACH' as it is expecting a numerical value only.

 

Change Requests 141441, 154883 and 157329 have been created to get this problem resolved in a future release.

Workaround:

There currently is no known workaround or fix for this issue.
