Correcting an Investor Loan ID in Servicing Director

Correct an Investor Loan ID if it was entered incorrectly.
  1. Select Investor Accounting.
  2. Select Loan.
  3. Enter the Loan ID. You are now on the Loan Participation screen.
  4. Edit the field named investor Loan ID.
