Correcting the EZTeller Hold Notice Screen when a Gray or White Area is Blocking Out the Hold Notice Fields

Some workstations get a gray or white area in front of the Hold Notice screen preventing the teller from completing the hold notice fields.

Workaround:

Changing the display setting on the PC will eliminate the gray or white area blocking the Hold Notice Screen. Follow these steps to change the display setting on the PC:


Configuring WinXP workstations:

  1. Right click on your Desktop.
  2. Go to Properties > Settings tab > Advanced button > General tab.
  3. On the General tab, the DPI setting should be Normal Size (96DPI).
  4. Edit the setting as needed, click OK.


Configuring Win7 workstations:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display.
  2. Select the Smaller 100% (default) option.
  3. Click Apply.
