Creating a New Servicing Director Legal Status

A legal status is used to prevent specific transactions on a loan(s).


  1. Go to System Administration and select Table Set Up.
  2. Select Legal Statuses and then select Open.
  3. Click New.
  4. Enter a code for the status.
  5. Enter a description for the status.
  6. Select the options for stops.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
