Customer Cannot Register on Customer Self-Service
After completing the Customer Self-Service New Profile username, password, security questions, and other security settings, clicking Next does not lead to creating the profile. The next web page may not open; the page may appear to be processing for a long time; and it may end with a web page error such as "Too many redirects" or no error at all.
Workaround:
The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Fusion Servicing Director version 18.3.
Previous versions:
- Use your access to the Customer Self-Service to create a profile for your customer.
- Create the username requested by your customer (the borrower), a temporary password, temporary security questions, and the other temporary choices. A temporary profile is created.
- Provide this temporary information to your customer (the borrower) and then ask your customer to reset the password, security questions, and other choices.
