Customer Self-Service 2.3 Known Issue: Borrowers are unable to save new security settings.
On Customer Self-Service 2.3 with Service Pack 1, borrowers are unable to save new security settings.
After the borrowers fill out the security settings screen and clicking save, they are returned to the login screen and the security settings are not saved.
Workaround:
The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Servicing Director version 8.0 and Customer Self-Service 8.0.
