Customer Self-Service 2.3 Known Issue: Borrowers Can Submit Additional Online ACH Payments while Another Submitted Payment Is Still Unprocessed

On Customer Self-Service 2.3 with Customer Self-Service 2.3 Service Pack 1, borrowers can submit additional online ACH payments while another previously submitted payment is still unprocessed, where an existing and pending online payment has not been added to a payment batch, posted, and exported as an ACH payment.

Customer Self-Service 2.3 should not allow the submission of additional online ACH payments until any existing and pending online payment is processed.


Workaround:

The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Servicing Director version 8.0.
