Customer Self-Service Reset Borrower Profile Email Sent to the Wrong Email Address
When you use Customer Self-Service > Reset Borrower Profile web page and click Reset Profile or Reset Password, the reset email is sent to the wrong email address. The borrower finds the email was sent to an old email address or to the address for another borrower on the loan.
Workaround:
The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Fusion Servicing Director version 20.2.
