Customer Self-Service Spanish Web Pages Display Money Values with Commas and Decimals in the Reverse Position

When Customer Self-Service has Spanish selected for the language of the web pages, the web pages display money values with comma and decimal (period) characters in the reverse position in the numbers.

For example, for numbers in the thousands, the hundreds are separated from the thousands with a period, rather than a comma.

Workaround:

This positioning of the command and period characters is by design.

This positioning of the commas and decimals matches the Spanish standard used in many regions of the Spanish speaking world. While some Spanish speaking regions do not use this pattern, many regions do, and this is the Spanish standard used by Customer Self-Service.
