Root Cause:
The Database Vendor is Microsoft SQL server, and the error code is a Microsoft SQL error code.
Microsoft support information about error code 208 is this:
"Invalid object name ..."
This SQL error would indicate the SQL database loan history information cannot be found.
Workaround:
The Customer Service>History button is effectively a built-in Crystal Report, run automatically from the button.
The History button build-in report is the Crystal Reports document \SvcData\Rpts\Loanhist.rpt, and the LoanHistory.rpt is displayed on the desktop.
The Service database loan history information for this built-in report is located in the SQL view named R_HistorySum, and this view is automatically created by the Servicing Director database installer in the Service database.
Therefore, contact your local IT to check for changes in the LoanHist.rpt report or in the Servicing database for the view R_HistorySum.
