Customizing Teller Journal Reports to View Specific Information
You can customize EZTeller journals to view specific information by creating a new query and modifying the tabs in the Configure Query window. Criteria you can define are EZTeller roles, Accounts, Transactions, Time, Date, and Status.
- Open Superview and select your role.
Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details; if you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.
Depending on your authority level, you might be required to select a working group when opening Superview > structural hierarchy. Select the branch you are modifying, and then click OK. - Select EZTeller Roles > Journal Scan.
The Query Selection screen displays showing a list of default queries. - Select New Query.
The Query Name screen appears. - Enter a name for the new query, or click OK to use the suggested name.
The Configure Query screen appears. - Define criteria from the list of tabs in the Configure Query screen.

- Amount
- Transactions
- Time
- Date
- Status
- Click Save when you are finished defining the query.
Note: Do not click Save until you have finished defining your query.
The Query Selection screen displays.
- Click Run Query to view journal record results.
- Click Close to return to the main screen.
