Data dictionary does not have Information or enough information about a field
You're looking for more information about a field you see in Fusion Servicing Director and the field is not in the Data Dictionary.
Workaround:
The Data Dictionary help file includes detailed descriptions of the tables, columns, and fields that make up the Fusion Servicing Director database. It is published with the current software version and also downloadable from Support Center.
- Click on Support Tools & Resources on the Home page of the Customer Success Community.
- Click on Support Center.
- Select Fusion Solutions > Servicing Director > Servicing Director.
- Select Product Documentation > Current Release Information.
The only published and supported customer-facing information is the Data Dictionary and not every field in Fusion Servicing Director is described in the Data Dictionary. Some fields are proprietary and will not be made public; some are calculated fields, not stored in the database as a single final value, but calculated at real time by the Servicing Director application. Calculated values can be proprietary as well.
One alternate source of information can be Fusion Servicing Director reports or letter documents already installed on your system if the document covers a similar subject as the field you want to know more about. You can use the third-party tool, Crystal Reports, to examine the related template document and show you information about the database fields used in the document.
