Deleting a Loan

Deleting a Loan

You want to know how to delete a loan.
There is no delivered process within Fusion Servicing Director to edit or delete a Loan Number once a Loan is set to active.

The workaround is to pay off the loan with the incorrect Loan Number. The loan will remain in your system but show as paid off. For more information:
  1. Press F1 to access Help.
  2. See Help topic Overview of Calculating Payoffs which explains how you can do the payoff.
