Deleting a Servicing Director Archived Document

To delete a Servicing Director archived document, use the Servicing Director System Administration application as described below. 

Do not use methods outside of the Servicing Director application to delete the document directly from your file storage location because the Servicing Director database has a reference for the document which must be removed by the Servicing Director application at the same time the document is deleted.


To delete a Servicing Director stored electronic copy of a document from the archived documents:

  1. Select System Administration > Table Setup > Archiver Options > Manage Masters.
  2. Locate the document, and then highlight it.
  3. Click Delete.

 

To delete a document added from outside Servicing Director from the archived documents:

  1. Open the Archiver screen from the Options menu of the Servicing Director modules. 
  2. Locate the document, and then highlight it.
  3. Click Delete.
