Deleting Categories

Use the Categories screen to delete a category that you no longer need.

Open Event Manager then click Events > Maintenance > Categories. The Categories screen appears.
Select a category then click Delete. Servicing Director deletes the category.
Click Close. The Event Manager screen reappears.

Note: You can delete a category only if it has no associated events. Before you can delete a category that has associated events, you must first delete all recurring instances of the event then delete the event.
