Sometimes you need to delete loans from investor cutoffs manually because you:

• Added the loan to a loan transfer batch by mistake
• Added a loan to a transfer batch but it has not posted yet
• Deleted a loan from a loan transfer batch too close to the cutoff date for the investor you had sold or securitized loans to

To delete loans from an investor cutoff:

1. Access the Investor Accounting application.
2. Double-click an investor cutoff from the list of Latest Cutoffs. The Cutoff Summary screen appears.
3. Click Modify.
4. Select the loan you want to delete from the list of loans.
5. Click delete. Servicing Director removes the loan from the cutoff and from the list.
6. Click Close. The Cutoff Summary screen appears.
7. Click Close. The Investor Accounting screen appears.
