We recommend that you disable the Year End Statements page in Customer Self-Service before or soon after installing the Customer Self-Service year-end update each year until the IRS statements are ready and tax information is ready to be sent to borrowers. Complete this procedure to disable this page. 

1. In System Administration, right-click, and then select ILS Web Setup or Web Setup.
2. On the Edit Web Setup window, select Web Page Security, and then click Open.
3. On the Web Page Security window, select Year End Statement, and then click Edit.
4. Select Borrower, and then set Access to Deny.
5. Repeat Step 4 for other web roles as needed.
6. Click OK.
7. Restart your Customer Self-Service web server IIS services (on the ILSWeb server) for the change to take effect. 

Once your IRS statements are ready and tax information is ready to be sent to borrowers, perform the steps above again, setting the Access back to Allow in step 4.
