Note the information displayed, and then click the Yes button on the popup window to continue.
The Service database install will continue, finishing step 9 and moving thru step 20. Step 9 is the longest step, and depending on your amount of data and the speed of your SQL server, it may take over 15 minutes to complete. If the same warning popup window appears again, repeat these workaround steps to continue the install.
After the database install completes, continue to install Servicing Director 7.7 using the Installation Guide procedures. Once Servicing Director 7.7 is fully installed, you can use the system for regular business, but contact support at your first opportunity for a resolution to the error message.
Locate the installation log file named INLQ_Install.log in the \SvcData folder so you can provide the file along with your notes when you contact support.
This workaround applies to Servicing Director version 7.7 only.
