Editing a Workstation Name or Type.
You want to edit the workstation name and type. You can edit any workstation that is not currently in use.
- Open Superview and select your role.
Note: Superview access is defined under Security Details. If you don't have access to this module, contact your administrator.
- You must select a working group when opening Superview.
Your structural hierarchy displays.
- Select the branch or bank level you are modifying, and then click OK.
- Select Bank > Workstation Setup.
- The workstation Setup screen displays.
- Click the plus sign to the left of a group to expand the tree, and then select the branch where the physical workstation is located.
- Click the plus sign to the left of the branch to expand the tree and highlight the workstation that you want to edit.
- Click on the Edit button.
The Workstation Information Screen displays.
- Change the workstation Name and/or Workstation Type.
- Do not check the Workstation number assigned box. Workstations ID is selected when EZTeller or Superview is opened the first time.
- Click OK.
- Click Close to return to Superview main screen.
