Error 380 Invalid Property Value.

Error 380 Invalid Property Value. Error Occurred in MASKEDBOX. EZEnterprise CTR will Shutdown.


Root Cause:

You are attempting to process a CTR in EZTeller or Superview and the error occurs. This is due to invalid data in a field such as a tax id number for the customer record that EZTeller is attempting to access.


Workaround:

  1. Sign on to Superview.
  2. Select CTR > CTR Main Menu.
  3. Select the speed key for Customer Information.
  4. Fill in the Account Number (from the transaction that caused the error) in the Search Criteria field. Click Search.
  5. Highlight the record from the list and click View Details.
  6. Click Erase Completely.
  7. Click Search Again.
  8. Select Beneficiary/Holder Tax ID.
  9. Fill in the Account Number (from the transaction that caused the error) in the Search Criteria field. Click Search.
  10. Highlight the record from the list and click View Details.
  11. Click Remove.
  12. Process the transaction in EZTeller. The teller will be prompted for customer information during the CTR process.
