Error 9, subscript out of range

Root Cause:

Teller receives EZID error when logging into EZTeller.

Workaround:

You will need to add or edit a line in the EZid.ini file

1. Open Windows Explorer and browse to C:\Windows\EZid.ini.
2. Add or edit a line so it reads: HasMultiRetrieve=False.
3. Save and Exit.
4. Restart EZTeller.
